I recently discovered these reusable muslin tea bags with an easy to use draw string. They are perfect for steeping high quality loose leaf tea and just provide and enhanced experience to the whole experience of “tea -time”. A pack of 50 of them can be found on Amazon for roughly $12 dollars.

I’ll be honest—although they are called “reusable”, cleaning them is quite the headache, so you may want to simply toss them after each use.

They are non-toxic, and I don’t imagine they are very harmful to the environment. I enjoyed some loose-leaf ginger turmeric tea by Rishi, with fresh squeezed lemon on top. The whole experience was so restful, down-to-earth and a bit easier than using the traditional single-serve mesh infuser.
